The primary objective of the Hungarian Wine Museum was the creation of a site designed to be capable of presenting the Hungarian wines in exclusive environment, where the "new" wines are completed with museum wine specialties, which – given the serious market demand – represent a considerable business opportunity in Canada. The visit to the Wine Museum represents and offers occasion to premiere wine dinners to be organized here for various target groups. On one hand it provides a continuous activity and regularity, on the other hand allows presentation of the wines to a large audience.
As part of the Wine Museum a photo exhibition shows the tradition of grape production and processing, instruments, history and processes as well as people dealing with viticulture covering a period between 1930 and 1959. Photos of Fortepan, the largest Hungarian online photo archive's collection were selected. The archive material is an extremely exciting and unique selection of twentieth century Hungarian amateur photographers’ pictures.
Curiosities to be found among the Wine Museum’s are wines like a 1908 vintage of Tokaj Eszencia, 1912 vintage 6 Puttonyos Tokaj Aszú, a 1920 vintage Tokaj Szamorodni and a 1957 vintage Aszú Eszencia.
